Your baby at 12 weeks

Reflexes are developing: the baby can curl its fingers and make sucking movements. The kidneys have started to make urine.

Your body at 12 weeks

Your uterus is rising out of your pelvis, so you may need to pass urine less often. Many people choose this time, after the first scan, to share their news.
